Our Call Centre is situated in Shanghai and calls are replied centrally on behalf of all Visa Application Centres in China.

The Call Centre has implemented the “call back” function. Applicants are required to leave the phone number to which they wish to be contacted at, and the Call Centre representative will call back shortly.

The Call Centre will answer your inquires in Chinese, English on the following topics:

  • Appointment booking for group of 5 applications or above (please make sure that you have registered and validated your application online)
  • Change or Cancel appointment
  • Documents and Visa Categories

In order to be reached in time, please kindly keep your phone or mobile phone available all the time. If you have already registered on our website, please prepare your passport number or your TLScontact reference number (begin with capital letter M). Thank you for your cooperation.

If you wish to submit a feedback, a suggestion or a complaint about TLScontact services, you can do so by filling in the on-line form or filling in the feedback and complaint form in the Visa Application Centre.

Please note that TLScontact does not make any decisions relating to your visa applications. In the unlikely event that you are unsatisfied with the outcome of our response or you wish to complain about the outcome of your visa application or your interactions with an officer of the consular authority, submissions should be sent directly to the consular authority.
