Please contact us to change the appointment at least one day before the previously scheduled one. Otherwise, a new registration online to book a new appointment will be needed.

Please prepare all the documents according to the documents list. The Call Centre will neither be able to provide responses to inquiries on the document or situation not required on the lists, nor to judge whether the document is compliant.

TLScontact strives to provide an efficient and professional service to our customers. 

If you wish to submit a feedback, a suggestion or a complaint about TLScontact services, you can do so by filling in the on-line form or filling in the feedback and complaint form in the Visa Application Centre.

Please note that TLScontact does not make any decisions relating to your visa applications. In the unlikely event that you are unsatisfied with the outcome of our response or you wish to complain about the outcome of your visa application or your interactions with an officer of the consular authority, submissions should be sent directly to the consular authority.
